2019年，S.Pau 於香港大學完成了城市規劃及設計學士學位，並且在建築學院裡培養了對室內及空間設計的熱情。於2021年他進一步追求夢想，在愛丁堡大學獲得了室內、建築與空間設計之碩士學位。
他的設計之路始於恒基兆業地產集團的設計實習生計劃(2019)。恒基作為香港領先的地產開發商之一, 令他有機會參與到了許多大規模和高端的新建項目，例如由Zaha Hadid Architects設計的香港標誌性建築物之一“The Henderson”的高級展示廳和私人俱樂部。到後來他亦擔任了地方營造計劃(place Making)的主設計師，旨在改造公司商場的空間，提高公司形象和收入, 例如Hcode、利奧坊與新都城的項目等。因此，他不僅擅長概念設計，而且熟悉施工階段的技術細節。
創立 RETROPIAN 後，他成功完成了兩項位於 The Henderson 的大型辦公室專案，以及一項位於淺水灣、面積達 4,000 平方呎的別墅翻新工程。此外，他還通過POLY U SPEED取得了建築質量檢驗證書
In 2019, S. Pau earned his bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Design from the University of Hong Kong, where he developed a passion for interior design and spatial planning. He later pursued his professional goals by completing a master’s degree in Interior, Architectural, and Spatial Design at the University of Edinburgh.
His career began in 2019 as a design trainee at Henderson Land, one of Hong Kong’s leading developers. During this time, he contributed to several large-scale, high-end projects, including the show suites and private club at "The Henderson"—an iconic landmark designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. He also served as the lead designer for various place-making initiatives, such as Hcode, Square Mile, and Metro Harbour Plaza, which were designed to enhance the company’s brand image and revenue. These experiences allowed him to master both conceptual design and the technical requirements of the construction phase.
Since founding RETROPIAN INTERIOR DESIGN, he has successfully delivered two large-scale office projects within The Henderson and completed a 4,000 sq. ft. villa refurbishment in Repulse Bay. Additionally, he holds a Building Quality Inspection certification from PolyU SPEED.
